Beanie Extract Almost Christmas 2025
I say "almost" because I only attended Canterbury Village's Holiday Stroll for one evening to realize "baby, it's cold outside!" I was hoping to have a warmer setup, but it didn't end up working out. Even though we put in a lot of work for this Christmas lineup, I believe it was still worth it in the end. We developed our Hot Cocoa Cookie: a chocolate cookie with a marshmallow flavored icing formulated with the flavor of hot chocolate in mind. It took us 6 batches of cookies to get the recipe just right. We also introduced mini cookies to our lineup because I just had to try it, and now I'm hooked.

Beanie Extract at Canterbury's Halloween Stroll 2025
This is the beginning of making decorated sugar cookies using my homemade vanilla extract. This was a family friendly event and I was originally going to sell my extract. After the first weekend, I thought "what kid is going to want a bottle of vanilla extract?" I decided to have fun and the below pictures are the result. Not only was I able to make families smile, but I was still able to sell a few bottles of my vanilla.Â
